We strongly recommend using an exhaust hood (EXH-18) on this conveyor dryer when curing DTF adhesives to reduce fume emissions.
An entry-level tabletop dryer featuring an 18" (45.7 cm) wide conveyor belt that efficiently cures up to 110 plastisol-printed garments/h, 50 discharge-printed garments/h, and DTF adhesives at high rates. Operators have complete control with adjustable heater height/angle, heat intensity, and belt speed. Available in 120V and 240V models, with the option of a powered exhaust for removing moisture and fumes — crucial for swift drying of water-based inks, discharge, and curing DTF adhesives.
